About us

We understand value creation
Knox Capital is a Real Estate Investment company focused on the acquisition of quality assets positioned in the retail sector. The investment strategy we created was simply based on Relationships within the Real Estate World and the interpretation of Real Estate data and comps. These key factors lead to an understanding of value creation. The properties we pursue have sound real estate fundamentals and are positioned for immediate value growth. Our experience in Real Estate is rooted in years of time spent in Brokerage & Sales. Because of that, we understand the importance of respect and communication with all parties involved; sellers, tenants, buyers, and vendors alike.
Our team
Knox Capital has built a team that is passionate about finding value in assets that are overlooked by the institutions and avoided by the small-time investor due to their tricky nature. We leverage our years of knowledge and expertise to overcome difficult situations that arise during the transaction in these overlooked assets. We are confident and have proven that we can solve any environmental, survey- related encroachment/easement, cap ex item, or any other problem that might present itself during our due diligence process.
